As hosts, Bruce and Pat welcome you to 93 By the Sea. We have had fun remaking a rather modest working-mans 1930'sbungalow into a luxurious haven for your enjoyment, comfort and relaxation. We were motivated by the location and the view,and the pleasure of having wonderful people come and share our place .
93 is situated Central City,on a quiet street that leads to a seaside park that intersects the World acclaimed Coastal Walkway and the Te Henui gazetted national river walkway.
The two rooms offered have their own privacy, from us and each other.
The gathering area is at the back of the house and looks out over our garden to the sea,often busy with surfers and/or windsurfers and theblack sand swimming beach. It is here an extensive breakfast is prepared and shared,either indoors in the dining area or on the back deck. You are also welcome to use the kitchen facilites and the BBQ for your evening meals.
