We are happy to arrange bookings and activities for our Guests for the Dolphin, Seal & Albatross Encounters, Whalewatching, fishing Charters, quad bikes etc.

We also have a complimentry pick-up & delivery service from the bus or train. Laundry & drying facilities are available to use.

We are walking distance to to the Seal colony which is one of the most visited points in New Zealand. Plus handy to the start of Kaikoura's beautiful Coastal Peninsula walkway. Just around the corner is "Look Out" point.

The beach front is a 10 minute walk from Austin Heights. There is a fresh Seafood BBQ operating on the waterfront almost all year round which is very popular.

At the end of your fun packed day you may like to indulge in our Luxury Hydrotherapy outdoor Spa and admire our night sky.
