Our rural retreat is just a short 12 minute drive from Hamilton city yet you will feel like you are another world away.

Relax and enjoy the warm hospitality at Karamu Valley Lodge with hosts Bruce and Shona . Situated on 6 acres of farmland with a small flock of pure bred Suffolk Sheep grazing in the paddocks, a meandering stream running through the property and professionally landscaped gardens with outdoor seating areas.
WE are here with your comfort in mind. We have plenty of traveling experence and know what it is to be good host. Home made bread and bixies have been a hugh hit with our guests.
We both enjoy having the Lodge busy and the children that come to stay enjoy exploring .
There is a Therpy Clinic here that offers a range of therapie, and a small hand craft shop if you are looking for a small gift to take away with you.
Good home made meals are on request along with NZ Wine and Beer for your dinning here at the Lodge.
